Hi folks

I’m on chemo and it’s caused some severe side effects and I have extremely low IgG and IgA and IgM and no h cells. Whilst the hope is they eventually recover for protection I’ve been placed on antibiotics and 40g SCIG a month. Im in a EU country fyi and my type is Civitru 20%. I had my first infusion in clinic today and was shown what to do. I have next week to be shown again then I am expected to take it home with me. Luckily I didn’t seek to have much of a reaction beyond redness at the site.

Because they think I will only be on it a year or so they are super chilled about everything but I’m quite stressed. The nurse just did her job and did it well I’m just an anxious human being.

Is there any advice anyone can give me to calm down. I still have to shield apparently but not to the extreme of total isolation.
