Screen died

Screen just randomly stopped working. Any ideas why

Flashing cel, service stabilitrak & traction ctrl

2014, 1.4, 131,000 kms.

Installed supercruzes PCV fix w/ a catch can the other day, and ran it for the first time today. After a couple minutes of driving I got service stabilitrak, traction ctrl, and a flashing cel at the same time. The flashing cel went away after about a minute. Then when I started the car again after running an errand the service stabilitrak and traction ctrl were gone, and it was driving fine. I drove for another 15ish minutes and nothing came back.

How do you remove orange nipple

Installing cruzekits PCV fix, and the orange nipple is present. How can I remove it?

Edit: I used the wire brush in the kit while trying to clean the space and I can't see the nipple anymore, so I'm thinking it's gone now. All I see now is what looks like an empty space.
