transferring salons to booth rental
i've been behind the chair for 2 years and am finally making the decision to switch over to renting my own chair. however i'm not sure what the right way to go about this is, so far i have written down every single client i care to maintain and its a list of about 345 people which is super overwhelming to think about. but what i'm mostly worried about is i don't know what steps to take in terms of quitting.
should i 1. let all my clients with appts coming up first 2. transfer all of those upcoming appointments to my new booking system 3. let my boss know that i am leaving ? or should i tell him first, and then transfer everyone? every day he requires us to prebook clients when checking them out so as long as i am there right now my manager will notice i'm not prebooking anyone when she checks them out and it will be too obvious, but at the same time i feel like i'm booking them for no reason when i'm gonna be leaving. i need some advice please!
