I need to register my new car, which is currently running on a temporary number. I’ve been trying to purchase a COD certificate from digielv.com, but every time I place a bid it shows me I can’t put more amount in the bit however someone else have big higher. This process has become frustrating and time-consuming. I’m looking to buy a COD certificate from anyone who already holds one and is willing to sell & transfer in my vahan id.
