Having trouble accessing w2. Website wants me to create passkey. I almost got that done but I get a error message when I go to create name for the key. Can't figure this out. I've tried on phone on my computer tried on chrome and on edge. Can't find a person that I can talk to the best I get is contact my administrator. So who the hell is that??

I know this is a mess sorry I dont have the patience to properly explain everything. Hoping someone had a similar issue and can point me in the right direction
