My husband has 4.3 years of work experience and is related to ANZSCO Code 263111 - Computer Systems and Network Engineer. Currently he's working for an Australian employer in India and joined them 2 months ago. The company has agreed to do an internal transfer from India to Sydney, provided that he's eligible. This is a startup, started 4 years ago and he is a lead Cloud Architect there and they have around 7M AUD in annual turnover. They have 4 skilled foreign workers on temporary visa already but is ready to sponsor my husband with a subclass 186 direct entry stream visa.
Currently, he's about to submit for ACS assessment but there will be a 2 year deduction. So, we are doubtful if he'd be eligible since he'll only have like 2 year experience after deduction. The website only says 3 years relevant experience and positive skills assessment. How can we tackle this situation?
