My brother's friend is starting to creep me out
I’m 17f and I don’t really know if I’m overthinking it or if it actually counts as sexual assault but I feel really uncomfortable about it.
My brother's friend who is 21 is acting pretty weird around me at one point we did consensually make out before and I told him I wasn't interested when he tried to do it again. I didn’t think much of it at the time but he took photos of us during that which I didn’t fully question then but now feels weird to me.
Recently he's started coming around my house more to see my brother and is just weird with me like sitting very close, touching my arms and legs and not really respecting personal space. At times I also noticed him taking photos of me or pointing his phone at me which made me feel uncomfortable.
I told him I wasn’t interested in him like that but he hasn't stopped. We were lying beside each other and he pressed his body against me in a sexual way. Another time he came into my bedroom saying he wanted to talk about what happened, but he still tried to get close to me even after I had already said I wasn’t interested.
I feel like my boundaries are being ignored I thought I could deal with him myself without anyone knowing we made out and he would stop annoying me but he hasn't.
I haven’t told my brother yet because he's a good friend of his but I feel like I'm getting to a point where I have to do something.
I also would like to know has what he's done already crossed into sexual assault?
