I had a severe hairfall, I started using ketoconzole 2% in feb, less hairfall since then but still 15-20 hairfall daily , hair gets tangled , on shampoo day 30-40 hairfall , keto shampoo made my hair too dry , so I started using mildy ahf shampoo from April , I switch between keto and mildy in a week. My scalp is visible, receding hairline visible. What should I do ? Should I start micro needling and topical (minoxidil+ finasteride)? biotin tablets?

Shoe recommendations

For now I am using redtape flow plus , it's a good running shoe, I have done more than 300km with that shoe. Which shoe will be better Asics noosa tri 16/ Asics hyper speed 5 / adidas adizero sl 2 , I do long running on road , other runs on track . I do intervals too

1 mile progress

29th March my 1 mile timing was 8 minutes 18 seconds, in April I started 400m intervals once a week , last week my 1 mile timing was 7 minutes 18 seconds. My 400 m timing comes between 1:29-1:45 with 90 seconds rest between the intervals. Any advice to get my mile timing under 6 minutes within a month?
