I'm an international student currently living in this single room at icon plaza usc.
I need to go home for the summer and that was a sudden decision. I paid 1730/month for the lease and now subletting it for 1100 only.
You actually get a private bathroom as well since flatmates who’s supposed to share ur bathroom isn’t here for the summer
