I'm currently looking at a unit in the 3-storey walk-up at 587 Avenue Road. Since it’s a smaller building, I can't find many reviews online.

Does anyone have experience living here or in other buildings managed by Briarlane? Specifically wondering about:

• How is the soundproofing between units (since it’s an older building)?
• How responsive is management/maintenance to repairs?
• Is the street noise from Avenue Road a major issue on the lower floors?
• Are there any known issues with pests or heating in the winter?
