Folks at my locals 90% of the time want to play bracket 3 so I'm looking to mix things up with some strategies I haven't explored. I feel that I have too many green stompy decks at this bracket. Every time I scroll edhrec I'll pick out a few that seem interesting but then stop myself once I realize I'm about to build more creature stompy decks. Here's a list of decks I play currently at bracket 3 tables:
Sliver overlord: realistically built as a janky b2, but I'm not going to play slivers against a precon.
Arixmethes: no game changers but sometimes just ramping into big bodies is enough to win.
Faramir Steward of Gondor: no game changers but it won 3 games in a row at b2 so I'm no longer playing it there. Sometimes drawing cards and making guys works when you have a good pillow fort.
Ygra: sac foods, swing with a big trampling cat. Has a few 3 card combos in case things aren't going well.
Jetmir: the standard token generating package. Often wins out of nowhere.
Hearthhull: this one's as optimized as I can make it for b3. Does the standard zuran orb/ splendid reclaimation thing. But half the time I take someone out with combat damage first. This one has been seeing less play because I'm not a huge fan of the play pattern.
