To subspecialists here who usually give clearances for work...

Hi everyone, especially to subspecialists here.
May na experience na ba kayo na health agencies na nagbibigay ng clearances for seamen, and ayaw nila tumanggap ng med cert if may nakalagay na "This document shall not be copied, modified, or reproduced in any way without the express permission of the issuing party. This certificate shall not be used for medicolegal purposes".

The thing is, that statement/disclaimer is rather normal or necessary for all med certs since it is legally binding AND that statement is mandatory in all med cert/clearances released thru NowServing.

For context, I have a patient (seaman) na pinapabalik balik ng agency kasi dapat daw walang medicolegal purposes na nakalagay. I asked ano rason pero di ko alam parang secretary o robot lang sumagot yung doctor (?) na assigned. So kawawa patient kasi pabalik balik sila.
Any experiences like this?

Nakak frustrate kasi nakakaawa ang patient. Nakaka frustrate din kasi parang di doctor ang kausap ko. I asked for a copy of the manual na ginagamit nila pero basta meron daw. Matagal na daw yon.

I am currently training for my first half marry. Been using Novablast 5 as my training shoes for all types of runs and it has around 200km mileage already since I bought it last yr.

What shoes do you recommend for my half marathon sa June? Gusto ko sana mabili na para makapag train na din agad with that shoes. Or oks pa din ang NB5 sa race day mismo?

I consider myself as a slow runner with wide feet.

Salamat
