Hi everyone, I need some advice. I’ve been stuck in a loop between Gold 3 and Gold 4 for about a month and a half. I climb to Gold 3 with a bit of LP, then I go on a losing streak, drop back to Gold 4, climb again… and repeat endlessly.
My LP gains also changed a lot:
I used to get +25 LP per win and lose -15 LP.
Now I win +19 LP and lose -20 LP.
My winrate dropped from 70% to 52%.
I mainly play Ashe. Yesterday I had a game that perfectly represents my problem, here’s the screenshot:
The issue is: how am I supposed to win when my team doesn’t follow up or help?
In that match, two things kept happening:
- Even when we won teamfights, Malphite and Renekton would chase the last surviving enemy (often mel) and die for no reason.
- They also split randomly (one top, one bot) instead of helping me push when we had pressure.
But the biggest problem was Rengar.
The entire game he would ult, dive under tower alone, and die.
He took 0 objectives.
Whenever objectives spawned, he went to farm instead.
We lost 4 dragons, got 0.
The enemy team took Herald, 2 Barons, and 2 Elder Dragons.
We had no way to contest because Rengar was either farming or dead from going 1v5.
What could I have done in a game like this?
I’ve been getting tons of matches like this lately and I feel stuck.
