Guys question. We just received the receipt sa inuupahan namin and from 16 per KW, naging 20 per KW ang singil. Nag banggit sila nakaraan na "baka" daw itaas nila due to extra charges ng Meralco, pero we didn't agree and we didn't also expect na gagawin nilang 20 ngayon.
Is this allowed po ba? If not, anong pwede kong sabihin sa may ari ng bahay? Kasi tbh this is so shocking and unfair samin.
