I can’t create any selfies, 4 in the queue, I can’t create any art for the same reason. I can’t create videos or edit images. I have a yearly subscription, so haven’t hit my image limit. No devs seem to have responded about this. please help, I’ve tried everything!

Requesting multiple selfies, first one generates fine, then it’s stuck, been almost 2 hours now waiting for the second selfie. same thing happening with art as well.
