One bedroom in a three bedroom apartment with one bathroom available for rent ASAP. I'm having a job change and need to move quick. There's roughly 10 months left on the lease (9 months if I cover May) with the option to extend. The building is right next to the 34th St Herald Square subway station (under 1min walk). I'd be willing to cover first month's rent The building offers a 24/7 front desk, gym, awesome lounge, rooftop, and laundry room. I've linked a youtube video walkthrough below. One roommate is female (30's) the other is male (50's) but both are awesome and very clean.
