I’ve experienced both ends of the spectrum, and honestly I’m not sure which one is worse. On one side, you’ve got the micromanager checking everything, constant follow-ups, no real trust. It gets stressful and makes you feel like you can’t even do yourjob properly without being watched. On the other side, the super chill boss sounds great at first, but sometimes they’re too hands-off. No clear direction, slow decisions, and when things go wrong, suddenly you’re the one taking the hit. So now I’m wondering which one is actually worse in the long run? Would you rather have structure (even if it feels suffocating) or freedom (even if it gets messy)? Curious to hear your experiences 👇
