Black screen… it’s no longer working. I’ve tried everything, like removing the cards and the battery… I can’t even connect it to the app. It turns on, doesn’t beep, and there’s just a blue light with a black screen. Any solutions?
It seems like this started after a firmware update.
I’m from Chile, and there’s basically no support here — they don’t sell parts or offer technical service. Insta360 :(
I’m having an issue with my Insta360 X4 showing a black ring/vignette around the edges of the image. Details: Mode: 360° (also tested in single lens) Appears in: live preview and recorded footage Lens guards: none attached Dive mode: off Firmware: Latest Conditions: indoor lighting (also tested briefly outside, same issue) This started suddenly without any drops or noticeable damage. Has anyone seen this before or knows if it could be a stitching/calibration issue or lens problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I need some help with my Insta360 X4.
Out of nowhere, it started showing a black ring/vignette around the image, like a dark circle at the edges of the frame. I haven’t dropped it or used it in extreme conditions, it’s not in dive mode, and I don’t have any lens guards or protective lenses attached. So I’m honestly confused and pretty frustrated.
For a camera at this price point, I didn’t expect to run into issues like this so quickly.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing it? Any fixes or advice would be really appreciated.
