confusion regarding medical
i had a confusion regarding how medical attrndance works. i was diagnosed with a chronic illness and submitted a genuine medical for 1.5 months- half of febrauary and whole of march. now, admin has given me medical benefit for the month of february and i can see it on the portal. but they havent given me any attendance for march. when i went to talk to them, they said all that had to be added has already been added by our side. but my confusion is that why is no attendance for march alloted to me? thats also supposed to be there, no? or am i missing something?
for clarification, i have not attended any class in march because i physically couldnt, submitted the medical, but have not been given the medical benefit for that month. am i lost/missing something yaa phir admin hi inadequate hai?
