My parents applied for a Short Stay Portugal Schengen Visa from Kolkata on 15th of April. It's been 14 calendar days today and we haven't heard back anything l. They have a flight to the UK on the 8th of May. We are freaking out. Does anyone know how to contact the embassy? My father dropped a mail to which they have not yet responded.
