Why would a Putin apologist and Trump supporter gain such traction in UK politics?
I am maybe not the most up to date on UK politics, but I have followed it loosely since Brexit and I cannot fathom how Nigel Farage is still relevant in UK politics.
Didn’t he abandon ship right after pushing through Brexit? Claiming he wanted his life back. One would think that alone would sink his relevance.
Isn’t he a Putin apologist? He has validated Putins arguments of EUs expansion eastward.
Hasn’t he been the most staunch supporter of Trump?
Is it entirely because of Reforms immigration stance? Sorry if I sound ignorant, but I thought Nigel Farage was one of the biggest twats in Britain and got that impression from most Brits I’ve talked to. What has changed? I was genuinely surprised seeing Reform gaining massive traction under his leadership.
