Very Little Info From Cryptic Surgeon
I wrote to the Kaiser surgeon I consulted with, to get more specific information. He wrote:
"As for the amount of advancement. Every case is different but the general rule of thumb is to move your lower jaw forward at least 10 mm with the your jaw also coming forward but not as much because we would do a rotation to asking for this."
What does this mean, exactly?
And since Kaiser does not do any predictive images, I feel like this generalized info means I would be going into surgery with no idea of what results to expect.
