Hi all, current M1. Just wanted to ask what type of ECs are helpful for CARMS for neurosurgery at UofT, UBC for example. I do have research experience but I’m not sure what other extracurriculars I can do to supplement that. Would love any advice on how to build a competitive application.
Recently I’ve started to notice that many of my friendships kind of fade. Like I’ll be good friends with many people for a short time, but very few last. I’m very ambitious where I have lots of goals for my career, but also put in a lot of effort into my personal growth, so it’s just hard to connect with people. It’s also easy to feel alone and excluded by many individuals. Have other people dealt with this? Would love any advice on how to navigate this :)
