I sold an item and already mailed out the package but I cannot mark the package as shipped. It says I have 10 days to ship the item or it will be canceled. It’s already been 5 days. What should I do?

I melted this chocolate by keeping it in a bowl and on top of a pot of water that I boiled. I let it sit and came back to it lumped like this. What did I do wrong? Can I fix it?
