If you’re renting or planning to rent in BGC, do yourself a favor and work only with legit real estate agencies or go directly through the owner. i’ve been having the worst year dealing with an agent who’s impossible to communicate with and doesn’t even provide direct contact with the owner whenever issues come up in the condo. It’s incredibly frustrating!!!! especially considering they take 1/12 of my annual rental fee.
