IMO Punjabi cuisine is one of the best (honestly the best) in the world and I’m sure most of you would agree! What dish/dishes is the one that’s always gonna hit for you? Like I’m talking about something that will always give you that wave of comforting nostalgia and something that you wanna make for your family one day? For me saag w/makhi di roti, raajma w/ rice or roti and any variation of goat are my top 3. I think food is such a vital and beautiful part of our culture and needs to be celebrated more.
