I can't stand living as a man anymore, I've always wanted to be female and have female sexual characteristics. I think I'll end up committing suicide if I don't transition. Is there a way to heal without transitioning? Being trans is horrible, especially when you're a poor person living in a third-world country and don't have the money to have all the surgeries to be passable.

I don't want to be a trans woman, I want to be a true female.
