How to fix “full repair needed” hard drive?

i have a prebuilt cyberpower pc, it came with a 3050, 8gb of ram, an i512600KF, a storage drive called a WD Blue SN570 500GB, to the computer I have, replaced the 3050 with a AMD 7600 XT, removed the original ram, then added 48 GB, and I also am using a brand new external hard drive. the new one has failed to work after some attempts to play ark, and download a different game, I have gone into the advanced storage setting to see if It was actually connected and it shows these lines of text underneath.
“exFAT”

”Full repair needed”

IFS partition

Boot volume

the original drive looks exactly the same except instead of exFAT it’s FAT32

The thing I really need help doing is running a repair on it, i’ve tried several things but none of then have worked

things I’ve tried

Going into the file explorer, right clicking file properties on the new drive (YOTUO, USB 3.2), that just made file explorer stop responding.

I also tried a method where you go into System Information using ”MSINFO32” in the Win+r hotkey, then I attempted to open the file option in the top left, then I pressed save, which then I saved it to my desktop a program ran, it didn’t repair anything, didn’t even know what it did.

I'm not sure what to do I would appreciate anyone who could walk me through this, Thankyou
