If people body shame around you, do you assume they do the same to you when you're not around? Genuine question. I feel so uncomfortable when my thinner friends comment and literally rip other women to shreds because she's "built square" or x y and z. When i'm plus sized sitting there thinking, well they probably don't have anything nice to say about me when I'm not around...
