I just called customer service about my services. I am not on a contract and I do not own the equipment. The rep gave me a $1,200 credit and lowered my service fee from $65 down to $35 for 5 years. Is this a good deal or am I being lied to. Whats the general concensus on vivint's retention tactics on keeping customers? Is $1,200 alot of is that bare minimum, I don't own vivint equipment so i do not know how expensive they can get.
