Hi,

I went to get a regular cleaning last week on Thursday. On saturday I had noticed one little sore under my tongue and thought it was just a canker sore (i sometimes get these) and just started doing saltwater rinses. Pain started getting worse Mondy night but i just took some ibuprofen and went to bed. Well this morning i woke up and it looks like it’s gotten a lot worse. Hurts when I try to eat and talk. Anyone have any idea of what this could be and what i should do? It’s just my tongue and under my tongue that hurts. Rest of my mouth feels okay. Anyone help would be greatly appreciated
