20F suspected cystocele
I really need some guidance. I’ve been to countless doctors and they all say they see no prolapse but none of them will EXAMINE ME RIGHT!!! I started to notice four months ago extra tissue down there and every textbook symptom of a cystocele. I feel inside and there’s a squishy ball like tissue in my vagina and it looks like my urethra is sort of dropped. When I sit infront of my mirror and bear down i see what all the pictures look like of a cystocele. It seems like the tissue in front of it is blocking the view which maybe is why they’re missing it. It’s not really noticeable laying down but none of them will examine me standing or sitting up. I really don’t know what to do. I haven’t given birth or had children or anything. I’ve been on a spiral. Every doctor I see says it’s just a hypertonic pelvic floor or that it’s not possible to have one at my age. I’ve been to countless doctors. I have constant pain and pressure, urgency, and retention. How am I supposed to live with this ? From things I see online it could be a grade 2. I’ve been very suicidal over this.
