University asking for 2024 Notice of Assessment, but I don’t have one??

Osap said they received my 2025 Notice of Assessment, but now they’re asking for my 2024 one. The thing is, I didn’t file taxes for 2024, so I don’t have a Notice of Assessment for that year. They said I can submit an attestation saying I didn’t file, and include my income (which would be $0). But what would that be..? Sorry if I sound dumb, but I'm genuinely confused; they're asking for a document I do not have. I also have one from 2023, but I don't think they'll accept it.
