Does anyone else feel genuine guilt over their backlog? How do you cope?

I hit a weird low point yesterday: 200+ games on Steam, dozens on Epic from freebies, and I just stared at the screen for 20 minutes and did nothing.

It's not that I don't want to play. It's that I don't know what to play, and the pile feels so heavy that even starting something new makes me feel like I'm neglecting 50 other games I promised I'd get to.

I've started tracking my completions manually in a spreadsheet just to feel some sense of progress. It actually helps—seeing "3 games finished this month" gives me a little dopamine boost.

Does anyone else do this? Have you found any tricks to reduce the guilt and actually enjoy what you own? I'm curious if this is a common headspace.
