I want a hearty serving of warm Eastern European dumplings (pierogi, varenyky, pelmeni) washed down with some ice cold vodka. I’ve heard we have a big Eastern European population around here. In fact, everyone walking on Ruston way on Sunday evening seemed to be speaking a Slavic language, so perhaps I should’ve just asked one of them. Where do I go that’s not Seattle?
