I had like a very very mild discomfort on top of teeth I attributed it sinuses since I seen a orthodontist in January’s about a questionable bump on my tooth which he said was just soft tissue. But he had mentioned to see an ent for it. Anyways I Had a cone xray and no infection or pain whatever. So anyways, before that i had X-rays November in which they didn’t even mention I needed fillings or anything and the verbiage on the paperwork is not something I’m familiar with but the fourth item was fillings apparently but anyways last night I figured I would check my teeth to see if their was anything because it was annoying pain like a small needle poking idk how to explain but it wasn’t bad. I tend to have a fat cheek so I couldn’t see behind the top molars really unless I push the side of mouth out and I seen a small pimple like very small but it was a whitehead on top of my tooth/gum like closer to my the tooth then gum and well I I popped it and a like very small amount of puss came out I would say like half the size of rice. It also bled a bit because I poked it with a needle to see if more stuff came out but it didn’t and I even squeezed and nothing. But now that I’m able to take a picture of it this is how it looks, very disgusting and more yellow than the rest of my teeth for sure. Is this an abscess or something more like gum related???
