I’ve seen a lot of people go through the same. Jefferson capital contacts trak America, and trak America files a lawsuit. That’s my current position. I got a letter due to the lawsuit from an attorney. He states he strongly believes I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Has anyone been in a similar situation and not have to pay?
