Hey just wanted to share my fat loss journey,
For context I had 3 years of experience in the gym but took a year off due to personal reasons and I got fat. When I came back I was 255 could still bench 315 and so on but was high BF%.
I lost 20 pounds without reta then added it in and it made it a whole lot easier, been on it for a while now and am now starting 5mg a week as of yesterday. I’ve been fluctuating around 197-200lb now for the past 2 weeks and I am 6’1 and 21 years old. 190-200 is the sweet spot for me in body fat and staying strong.
But yeah it works just some days had to remind myself to make sure to eat 200g protein.
