I haven’t played Skyrim in about 5/6 years and want to jump back in with a modpack that really expands the world and immersion.

I’m looking for something that:

• Makes towns/cities feel alive (alot more NPCs, shops, etc.)
• More companions, quests, and well voice acted npc's
• Has dynamic elements like patrols, civil war skirmishes, random encounters etc.
• Has skill based combat, unlevelled/delevelled progression is a plus

Graphics aren’t a priority, gameplay, immersion, and world density are.

Not interested in the main story, just want to exist in the world and get lost in it again.

Any good Wabbajack modlists or setups you’d recommend?

(Ill be playing on my laptop - Lenovo LOQ16 4060 with 32GB Ram)
