I got 34 on my OCD Y bocs test. Is it possible to get that number but still be functioning? I work fine, i usually stop around 4 because the compulsions get too strong. I spend my evenings researching 95% of the time, but I’m relatively functional, I go to work, I’m a high performer, and go out sometimes ( although no friends )

I’m currently on 10 mg of Viibryd for 1.5 weeks, and it’s been helpful for irritability, but nothing else so far to be honest.
I was previously on 40 mg of Prozac for 1.5 months and 20 mg for the month before that. I felt sexual side effects that were intolerable and caused me a lot of obsessing. It did help with OCD a bit and mood quite a lot, but I eventually stopped cold turkey because of the sexual effects. At the time however, I was dealing with almost like a short-lived porn addiction, which was affecting my libido. So I think it was more than just Prozac.
I am honestly debating going back to SSRIs / even trying Clomipramine, and it’s because OCD has been controlling my life. However, my fiancee and I are very worried. Obviously we are a young couple in our early 20s and the thought of having a sexless marriage so young is daunting.
Have any of you guys been able to successfully deal with sexual side effects of medication in a healthy way that doesn’t significantly impact your sexual life?
