Hi, i was selected for a job at a CRO firm, as an assistant to MD.
I have been working since a while however this is going to be my first proper/corporate company.
I kind of already understand the breakup but still want to confirm.
Can someone please look at my salary breakup and explain me the same, it would be really helpful.
Also do i need to get it restructured in anyway to make it better for me? Please advice.
