Foxtail palm has brown tips?

Newly planted Foxtail (about 3 weeks ago). A couple lower fronds only have brown tips. It did come with some of it from the garden center already. Would this be a sign of over watering or under watering?

For context, I try to water it lightly every day since it's a new transplant and it has been very hot here. I try to pour it in a circle about 1 foot away from the trunk. Made sure the mulch is not immediately next to the trunk also. I sprinkled some palm fertilizer once (I used the Miracle Gro Shake n feed Palm). Sandy/rocky soil (FL). Am I doing anything wrong?

It recently put out a new leaf that looks healthy and a new spear is coming out.

What is growing near our retaining wall?

It's growing right by a pond so chemicals don't seem to be an option due to the runoff. How can I get rid of it and is it safe to touch? Even pulling it seems more difficult given the location

Is there any sun friendly bromeliad?

I bought two bromeliads over the weekend and placed them in a front bed that only gets morning sun. But then again, it's Florida, and apparently it's too much for them as they are yellowing after days. It's so sad because they look absolutely gorgeous and that spot fits them so well. I would love to keep bromeliads there and maybe move these to a shadier spot, but I'm not finding any that tolerate sun. Any suggestions?

I received the seedling via mail so it came with some stress on a leaf. It recently got a new leaf, after being planted 3 weeks ago. I'm excited!

I'm a first time banana grower so I have very little experience - I see some dark spots on the stem. Am I over watering or under watering? Or is it completely unrelated? I tend to water lightly (enough to make the soil moist) when the soil dries up. It's about 4 inches tall right now, when do you estimate I'll be able to repot it into a bigger container?

First time gardener and first time using a broadcast spreader... I know, I should have known better, but I didn't notice how far the spreader was shooting weed & feed granules to the sides.

I planted blue daze and liriope near the edge the garden bed. Granules were shot in the bed. I tried removing all those I could see and even brushed out some of the soil to make sure (the result is image one). There was some perlite from original pots before, which made the task harder. The granules were blue and white (image two), which is Bioadvanced 3 in 1. I haven't watered because I wanted to go back this morning with daylight and pick out some more.

Are they doomed? Ant tips? I feel so stupid. For once that I thought I was getting better at yard work, I messed up again.
