Hi all, just had an inspection done on a house I'm looking to buy in another state so I can only see pictures rather than in person. The current owner moved some insulation around in the attic where he ran wires for a home security system. The house was built in 2014. It's definitely obvious that there wasn't deep insulation to begin with, but this area here where the joists are visible I'm trying to figure out if it's just really compressed from maybe mishandling it like stepping on it, or if he just moved it over to the right and I can just rake it back. Or perhaps roll out some additional where needed instead of raking. Or rake and roll out through the whole area. Trying to avoid a big blow in job if unnecessary. I don't have too much experience with this stuff. Thanks

Edit: this house is in eastern North Carolina if that helps
