hi, my old microsoft account was recently hacked, the email and password were changed and i no longer have access to it.

i wanted to switch to my newer one that i was already using for everything else, but the xbox app won't let me change the account. when i open the app, the windows hello window keeps popping up, prompting me to log into the account with no option to choose a different one. i can't close it without it popping up again and turning off windows hello in the settings didn't help.

is there any way to fix this? thanks in advance
