I’m looking for apartment complex that is well kept in westchester county. Not the new tall luxury buildings. I’m looking something more family friendly where my children can play outside, safe & well kept with good management. Plus if they have loft style apartments. New Rochelle area and surrounding , elmsford and surrounding. I already know about everbend in tarrytown and vista at town green in elmsford. Are there anymore complexes with similar loft apartments?
