I just purchased a new bottle of white diamonds. I've had it a couple of weeks and just realized it's a different color. The last bottle I had was a yellow color, this one is more amber. The scent seems to be the same. Why is it a different color than the last one?
I was gifted 6 tomato plants for my apartments patio. I'm hoping for a good harvest. As I'm a planner, I'm already asking questions. I am going to freeze them instead of canning because of space. I know the basics, cover with boiling water to peel easily etc. My questions are.....1-Does taking the skin off like that make them lose any nutrients? 2-If I leave the skin on, will an immersion blender make it unnoticeable? 3-If I cut them into chunks and let sit overnight to lose the water, do they need to be refrigerated or can they sit at room temp without growing harmful bacteria? 4-Can I drain that water off instead of cooking it off, or am I losing nutrients?
