Rivian tech told me that I need to get my alignment done at Rivian or Dunn Tire because they have access to Rivian’s software (which is needed to, among other things, get the car into a special ride height that can’t be found without it).
Anyone know if that’s true?
It’s been almost 2 years of trying to figure out alignment issues between me and the prior owner. About to try a third set of tires and a road force balance to see if we can get it done right. Had planned to take it to a high end shop in town rather than Rivian (since Rivian could never figure out the alignment historically). But now I’m not sure if I should take it to Dunn Tire instead?
Thoughts?
Thanks!
