I was listening to this song :

Manzil - e - Sufi by Sanam Marvi (Main taa koi khayaal aan..)

Here, she says Maikun and Saakun, instead of the standard Mainu and Saanun.. I was wondering which dialect of Punjabi uses these words instead. Did esteemed Punjabi poets write in this dialect originally?
