I got the wireless receiver for the NGC just barely over a month ago on Amazon and got it to pair to a basic switch controller when I received it. However, I just got a new controller for the switch 2 (Turtle Beach Afterglow) and the switch 1 (PowerA enhanced controller), and it won't pair to either of those, which are the ones I actually want to use. I just updated the firmware too and it still won't connect to either of those controllers that I actually want to use with it. Help?
