Hey, I'm in NC right now, but have to relocate to Wilmington, DE for work. As a young adult, I have been heavily advised to live in Philly and commute to work(only 2 days a week in person)

My ideal budget is 1400 or below for a 1-bed 1-bath (NOT studio) apartment

Most important things to me are:

- Being near a major metro station(for commute)

- Safe area

- Decent appliances

- A good gym is extremely important

- Strong walkability, easy to get around

Would appreciate any suggestions on places to check out!
